These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 388wi ("388wi", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 388wi website at https://388wi.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered on the platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 388wi and close your account. Access to 388wi services is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn by 388wi at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Access to real-money services on 388wi is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced through Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at the time of account registration.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 388wi is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person, employed by 388wi or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously been excluded from 388wi through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated suspension.

To access real-money services on 388wi, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 388wi account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan. 388wi reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 388wi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.
• Notification of changes: You must notify 388wi promptly if any of your registered details change. This includes changes to your mobile number, residential address, or bank account details linked to your 388wi wallet.

388wi reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

388wi is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all accounts before withdrawal of funds is permitted, and at any other point where 388wi deems it necessary to verify your identity. KYC verification is also required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address in Pakistan, dated within the past three months.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC for identity confirmation purposes.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number and CNIC linkage.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with 388wi's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or 388wi's licensing obligations.

All financial transactions on 388wi are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 388wi wallet in PKR with no currency conversion fee. Most JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• 388wi does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 388wi account.
• 388wi reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or payment method misuse.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account, unless an alternative is approved in writing by 388wi support.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for any withdrawal. Withdrawals submitted on unverified accounts will be held pending KYC approval.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets are one to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and one to two business days for bank transfers. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• 388wi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where suspicious activity is identified, including but not limited to activity suggesting bonus abuse, money laundering, or account compromise.

388wi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds, free spins winnings, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Cricket betting and live casino games may contribute at different rates than slots or instant-win games. Full contribution rates are published in the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, stake manipulation, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion is considered bonus abuse. 388wi reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus credits from any account found to be engaging in such activity.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Right to modify or withdraw: 388wi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of widespread abuse or where the promotion terms have been misrepresented.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 388wi. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet placement: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet receipt confirmation from 388wi. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been displayed in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect teams, or corrupted data — may be voided at 388wi's discretion.
• Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted where your 388wi wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stake at the time of placement. Partial acceptance of bets is not supported unless explicitly stated in the relevant sport rules.
• Palpable errors: 388wi reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely, with the original stake returned to the player's wallet.
• Live betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are final. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 388wi's discretion.
• Void and cancellation: 388wi reserves the right to void individual bets or entire markets where the integrity of the event is in doubt, where the event is cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388wi. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in a report being made to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account on 388wi.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using 388wi for any money laundering activity or attempting to use the platform to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any promotion or game feature.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 388wi support immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Using the 388wi platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including using the platform on behalf of a third party or for commercial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with 388wi's servers, networks, or technical infrastructure.

All content on the 388wi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio files, video content, software code, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of 388wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 388wi platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 388wi content.
• Use any 388wi trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand identifiers for any purpose without prior written consent from 388wi.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the 388wi platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 388wi website on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any use of 388wi intellectual property beyond the limited licence granted above is a violation of these Terms and may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wi and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the 388wi platform or your inability to access the platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with your 388wi account or any transaction conducted on the platform.
• Any losses arising from delays, interruptions, errors, or outages in platform availability, including during periods of scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical disruption.
• Any losses arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.
• Any losses arising from inaccuracies in odds, market data, or game outcomes that are subsequently corrected under the palpable error provisions of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits 388wi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. 388wi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the net deposits made by you to 388wi in the twelve months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Suspension by 388wi: 388wi reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable 388wi policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 388wi reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your 388wi account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance to a verified payment method. 388wi will process account closure requests within five business days of receipt, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal or investigation.

388wi is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost to all registered 388wi players and can be accessed through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Reality checks: You may enable periodic on-screen notifications during play that display the duration of your current session and your net win or loss for that session.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion with no end date. By using 388wi, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described below.

Internal complaints process: Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you must first attempt to resolve it through 388wi's internal complaints process. To submit a complaint, contact our support team via live chat or email with a detailed description of the issue. 388wi aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final response within ten business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 388wi's licensing authority. Details of this process are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

388wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 388wi will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notification displayed upon login to the platform.

The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 388wi platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using 388wi and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
